Delete your account.

You can erase your XtraPush account and personal details at any time. Here is exactly what happens.

Delete it yourself

Sign in, open your account, and use Delete your account at the bottom of the page. You will be asked to type DELETE to confirm. It takes effect immediately and cannot be undone.

If you cannot sign in

Email info@xtrapush.co.uk from the address on the account and ask us to delete it. We will confirm by reply once it is done.

What is erased

Your sign-in — you can no longer log in, on any device
Your name, email address, phone number and saved addresses
Your delivery and collection details
Newsletter subscription and marketing contact details
Any outstanding password-reset codes

What we have to keep, and why

Past orders and trade-ins remain as financial records, because UK tax law requires us to keep them for six years. Your personal details are erased from those records first — the row that survives shows what was shipped and what was paid, and no longer identifies you. A review you left stays published, attributed to “Former customer”.
