- What does XtraPush ship to Malawi?
- XtraPush's UK-to-Malawi air-shipping service covers parcels, barrels and business stock. Contact us with details of your items before booking if you are unsure whether they can be accepted.
- How much is shipping from the UK to Malawi?
- The shipping rate is £11 per kg. Parcels weighing less than 2kg have a £21 flat rate. For example, 5kg is £55 and 10kg is £110 under this rate structure. Review the complete price breakdown before paying.
- Where can I collect my shipment in Malawi?
- XtraPush has collection points in Lilongwe and Blantyre. Choose your collection point when arranging the shipment, and confirm its address and opening hours before travelling.
- Can I shop at another UK retailer?
- Yes. You can buy from another retailer and arrange delivery to our UK address, or buy items through XtraPush. Contact us for the correct address and any parcel-identification instructions before sending your goods.
- When does shipping processing start?
- Processing begins once your shipping payment is received and your items have arrived at the XtraPush UK address. Paying for shipping before your goods arrive does not mean they have already been dispatched.
- How often do shipments leave the UK?
- XtraPush plans weekly air departures from the UK to Malawi. Ask us to confirm the applicable departure and expected collection date for your parcel.
- Do you offer delivery to my door?
- Doorstep delivery is planned as a white-glove service, but it is not available to book yet. Current UK-to-Malawi shipments are collected in Lilongwe or Blantyre. Future routes, coverage and prices will be announced when confirmed.
- Can I ship from Malawi to the UK?
- Malawi-to-UK prices and booking availability are still being finalised. Contact XtraPush to discuss your interest; do not use the UK-to-Malawi rate for the reverse route.
- How do I ask about a bulk shipment?
- Call or message XtraPush on WhatsApp with the items, parcel count, weight and destination. The team can discuss the shipment before you place an order.
- Is insurance included? Is there a money-back guarantee?
- The policy terms are still being finalised. Ask XtraPush for the applicable written protection and refund terms before booking.
