Buying goods and buying shipping.
These are two separate transactions. Paying for shipping does not mean a parcel has already been received or dispatched.

Choose your items
Buy through XtraPush, or shop with another retailer and send the items to our UK address. UK drop-off points are also available.

Arrange the shipping
Calculate the charge, enter your details, select Lilongwe or Blantyre collection and pay by card on the website.

Receive and process
Processing begins after both payment and the goods have arrived. Follow the parcel-identification instructions so your items match your order.

Collect in Malawi
Collect from the selected point when the shipment is ready. Check the exact address and hours before you travel.
